To contact Xbox Support use the Phone or Chat options at If the console works fine at your friends location then it is an issue most likely caused by your home network and it might be an option that your friends takes his console to your place to see what happens They likely will advise some steps to try and determine what to do next. In such situation I do advise to contact official Xbox Support regarding this situation and explain what you have tried etc. If you experience the same issues with your console, controller and headset combination at your friends location, then it's safe to determine it is indeed the console. To determine if it's indeed the console and not somehow a network related issue.
I'm not sure you have tried it, but something worth to try is to take your console to you friends place and try to see if you get the same issue at your friends place (where your friends console works and your controller and headset worked too).
